Xtreme HD IPTV gives you access to a curated library of live TV channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet. The service runs on a subscription basis, and here's what's on offer:
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription options.
- 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers to match your household.
- A free 7-day trial available once per account — no card surprises.
Channel availability and content can change by region and may be updated without advance notice. We'll always do our best to keep your lineup strong.
3. Account Creation
- You'll need a valid email address to set up your account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Don't share your credentials with anyone outside your household. Each subscription covers personal, household use only.
- You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your country — to subscribe.
4. Acceptable Use
You can use the service for lawful personal viewing, in a way that doesn't step on anyone else's rights. Specifically, you may:
- Stream content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial watching.
- Use the service in your home on as many simultaneous screens as your plan allows.
5. Prohibited Uses
There are some things you can't do — and these aren't negotiable:

- Use bots, automated tools, or scripts to access or scrape the service.
- Attempt to get around any security measures or regional access controls.
- Record or store content from the service for redistribution in any form.
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission first.
- Do anything that disrupts or overloads our servers or infrastructure.
Breaking these rules means your account will be suspended immediately — without a refund.
6. Payment & Billing
- All prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
- Payments are handled securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency). We don't store your payment details — ever.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date unless you cancel beforehand.
- You'll get a reminder email before any renewal. It's your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you want to stop.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time — just reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.
8. Refunds
Our refund terms are covered in full in the Refund Policy. The short version: first-time purchases come with a 24-hour money-back guarantee. Renewals are non-refundable.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted at all times. We're not liable for downtime caused by:
- Internet connectivity problems on your end.
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.
- Events outside our control (force majeure).
- Outages at channel providers or changes in content licensing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through our service is owned by or licensed to the respective channel and content providers. Xtreme HD IPTV doesn't own broadcast content. Our website design, code, and branding are the property of Xtreme HD IPTV.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Xtreme HD IPTV won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms won't exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xtreme HD IPTV, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs that arise from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. If a dispute comes up, we'll work it out through good-faith negotiation first. If that doesn't resolve things, we'll move to binding arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We can update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you've accepted the new Terms.
