2. Money-Back Guarantee
Signed up for a paid plan and it's not working out? You've got 24 hours from the time of your first payment to ask for a full refund — and we'll give it to you without any fuss.
- Your refund request must come in within 24 hours of the original payment date and time.
- This applies to first-time purchases only — renewal charges aren't covered.
- We'll send the refund back to the same payment method you used.
- Most refunds clear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund
Getting a refund is straightforward. Reach out through any of these channels:

Just include the email address you registered with and roughly when you made the purchase. We handle every refund request within 48 hours of receiving it.
4. Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. If you don't want to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Charges that have already gone through for a renewal aren't eligible for a refund, so don't wait until the last moment. If you need help cancelling, just contact our support team and we'll sort it out quickly.
5. Exceptions
There are a few situations where we can't issue a refund:
- The request arrives more than 24 hours after the initial payment.
- Your account was suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login credentials or attempting to bypass regional access controls.
- A chargeback has already been filed with your bank. If that's happened, please get in touch with us directly instead — chargebacks create delays for everyone.
6. Technical Issues
Buffering, missing channels, or a connection that won't cooperate? Please reach out to our support team before you put in a refund request. Most technical problems are fixed within a few minutes, and our team is available around the clock via WhatsApp. We'd rather fix the issue than lose you as a customer.
7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this policy at any time. When we do, the new version takes effect on the date it's published here. If you subscribed under an earlier version, your rights at the time of purchase still apply to that transaction.
